Das 25-minütige Core-Training ist eine wirkungsvolle Ergänzung zu sämtlichen Gruppenfitness-Kursen: Hier kombinieren unsere Trainer:innen viele unterschiedliche Übungen zur Kräftigung der Rumpfmuskulatur – sie alle stabilisieren das Muskelkorsett und sorgen für ein gutes Zusammenspiel von Armen und Beinen. Die Übungen steigern zudem die Funktion der tiefliegenden Bauchmuskulatur, trainieren den Beckenboden und mobilisieren die Hüfte.
