Pilates
Pilates strengthens the whole body, improves posture and develops mobility, from the deep stabilising muscles through to the arms and legs. The focus is your “powerhouse” — the abdomen, back and pelvic floor — which provides stability and strength for every movement. Each session is focused, controlled and effective, helping you develop better body awareness, balance and inner strength.
