Spinning
Spinning brings together effective cardiovascular training, motivating music and the energy of the group on an indoor bike. You control the resistance and pace, so the session can be adapted to your own level. Spinning+ also uses small equipment to target the upper body, creating a varied full-body workout.

Frequently asked questions about spinning
-
Do I need cycling shoes for a Spinning class?
No. You can take part in Spinning and Cycling classes wearing normal, clean sports shoes. If you prefer cycling shoes, you may use SPD shoes; the indoor-bike pedals accommodate both options.
-
Do I need to book group classes in advance?
No registration is required for most group classes. For Spinning and selected small group trainings, we ask that you register in advance at reception, as the number of places or bikes is limited. Allocation is based on the “first come, first served” principle.
